3.1 We sell crystal jewellery and related accessories. Product photos are for illustration; natural stones may vary in colour, texture, inclusions and size.
3.2 No Medical Claims. Crystal and metaphysical descriptions (e.g., “energy,” “healing,” “luck”) are folklore-based and for wellness/entertainment only. They are not medical advice and not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.
3.3 Keep products away from small children and pets; some stones may be fragile or pose a choking hazard.

4. Pricing, Orders & Payments

4.1 Prices are shown in [AUD] and include/exclude GST as indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order acceptance.
4.2 An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel/refund orders for stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes.
4.3 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., Visa/Mastercard/Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay). You authorise us to charge the full amount, including shipping and taxes.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

5.1 Shipping options, costs and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Estimated dates are not guarantees.
5.2 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or collection by the carrier for international shipments).
5.3 You are responsible for correct delivery details. Re-delivery due to incorrect address may incur additional fees.
5.4 International customers: customs duties/taxes/clearance fees are your responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 Please see our Returns Policy for the full process and timeframes.
6.2 Change-of-mind returns (if offered) must be unused, in original condition and packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

6.3 Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a refund or replacement; for minor failures, we may repair/replace/resupply within a reasonable time.

7. Promotions & Gift Cards

7.1 Promotion codes cannot be combined unless stated, and exclude gift cards or sale items unless specified.
7.2 Gift cards are non-refundable and expire in accordance with applicable laws (Australia: minimum 3-year expiry unless otherwise required).

8. User Accounts & Reviews

8.1 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
8.2 By posting reviews/photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content for marketing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, graphics, text, photos) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the site, including: violating laws, infringing IP, transmitting malware, scraping, or interfering with security.
